My name is Joe Currin, I started Pinnacle Property Management out of my own frustrations with property management companies here in Colorado. To them I was just a number and if I wanted anything done there was a fee associated with that request. There was no prioritization and I didn't feel they would protect my most valuable investment.
Our Business Model
Our business model is simple, if you aren't making money, we aren't making money. We operate with minimal fees because that's how we as customers would want our own properties to be managed. We provide extras such as quarter site visits completely for free, to ensure your property remains in good shape. Below is a fee schedule you can expect from us:

Maintenance Site Trip Fee | $50. Unless timed with Quarterly Site Visit then free. |

The only charges not listed above are maintenance events. We have an established network of vendors who are licensed/insured while keeping your costs low, for those planned or unplanned events. Whether it's a leaky toilet to a complete HVAC replacement we have you covered. We work with our vendors to keep those costs competitive.
